The Wet Paint Promise

Made-to-order sets sized through SizeKit digital sizing are covered by our fit promise. Nail sizes can fall between available tip sizes, so a slightly larger nail may be provided and gently filed down for a comfortable fit. If a nail is too small, contact me with your order number and a clear photo showing the fit within 7 days of delivery. I'll remake and resend the affected nail at no cost. Your sizes are saved for future orders. Customer measurements submitted using an at-home sizing kit and Ready to Wear sets are not covered by this guarantee.

Handmade & Custom Work

Every set is hand-painted gel, so small variations in color and detail are part of the charm and are not defects. Custom design requests are welcome. I'll confirm the design with you before painting.

Builder Gel

Choose natural thickness or add builder gel when ordering. Builder gel adds thickness and a fuller apex for customers who prefer the look and feel of acrylic nails. Both options are hand-painted with the same care. Changes after painting begins may require a remake fee.

Nail Tip Brand Requests

Prefer a specific brand of nail tips? Just ask and I'll do my best to accommodate. If I need to order the brand in, your set may take up to 10 days to ship. I'll confirm any additional processing time with you before painting.

Ready to Wear

Ready to Wear sets are hand-painted, already made, and sold exactly as pictured. They may be canceled orders or designs I created for fun. Each listing shows the fixed shape, length, finish, and nail widths in millimeters. Measurements may differ between hands, so check every listed size before ordering. When in doubt, choose a larger size. Nails can be gently filed down, but they cannot be made bigger.

Every Ready to Wear set is 50% off the custom price for the same shape, length, and finish. These sets cannot be resized or customized and are not covered by the Wet Paint Promise. Love a design but need different sizes? The design is also available as a made-to-order set.

Processing & Shipping

Made-to-order sets ship within 5 business days after sizing is complete. Digital sizing has a 24-hour turnaround after you submit your measurements through SizeKit. For at-home sizing kits, the 5-business-day processing period begins 24 hours after I receive your submitted sizes. Custom designs and nail tip brand requests may need additional time, which I'll confirm with you before painting. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Shipping times depend on the carrier.

Shipping Delays & Order Problems

If I cannot ship within the promised timeframe, I'll contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, or your package appears to be missing, contact me with your order number and any relevant photos. I'll help investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the problem.

What's in Your Kit

Each set ships in a resealable bag with nail glue, alcohol pads, a small file, and a cuticle pusher.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, nail sets cannot be returned for a change of mind after shipment. This does not affect eligible claims under the Wet Paint Promise or help with damaged, incorrect, missing, or undelivered orders. Contact me if there is a problem with your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, even if painting has started. After 24 hours, cancellations receive a full refund if painting has not begun, or a 50% refund if painting has begun. Cancellations are available until shipment. Once your order ships, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available. If there is a problem with your order or delivery, please contact me. This policy does not limit eligible claims under the Wet Paint Promise or refunds for shipping delays described above.

Care & Reuse

Sets are reusable with proper care. Follow the application and removal directions for your chosen adhesive. Remove gently rather than prying, and keep your nails in the resealable bag between wears. Damage from improper application or removal is not covered.

Safety

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not apply over damaged or infected nails.

Discount codes are available for digital content creators who feature my nails on social media. Email wetpaintmani@gmail.com to inquire. If you receive free or discounted products in connection with a feature, clearly disclose that relationship in your content.
